    Services provided are limited to payroll processing, HR administration support, and template-based documentation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Everyday Payroll & HR Support does not provide legal, financial, or regulated HR consultancy services.

  3. Client Responsibilities
    Clients are responsible for providing accurate employee and payroll information within agreed deadlines. Everyday Payroll & HR Support cannot be held responsible for delays, errors, or compliance issues resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information supplied by the client.

  4. Payroll Deadlines
    All payroll changes, timesheets, and employee updates must be submitted within agreed processing timelines. Late submissions may result in delayed payroll processing.

  5. HR Templates & Documents
    All templates and HR documentation are provided as general business templates for informational purposes only. Clients are responsible for ensuring documents are suitable for their business requirements and compliant with current legislation.

  6. No Legal Advice
    Everyday Payroll & HR Support is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation or legal advice. Independent legal review is recommended before implementing any HR documentation or procedures.

  7. Fees & Payments
    Invoices are payable within the agreed payment terms. Late payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding balances are cleared.

  8. Confidentiality & GDPR
    All client and employee information will be handled confidentially and processed in line with GDPR obligations and secure data handling procedures.

  9. Limitation of Liability
    Everyday Payroll & HR Support accepts no liability for any indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of services, templates, or documentation provided.

  10. Service Changes
    Services, pricing, and package structures may be updated or amended at any time with reasonable notice provided to existing clients.

  11. Acceptance
    By purchasing services, templates, or engaging Everyday Payroll & HR Support, clients acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
