Standard Payroll & HR Support starts from €120 per month plus a per-employee fee:

  • 1–5 Employees: Base Fee €120 + €10 per employee
  • 6–10 Employees: Base Fee €120 + €9 per employee
  • 11–20 Employees: Base Fee €120 + €8 per employee

One-Off Setup Fees from €150-€600

Businesses with more than 20 employees can move to our Growth Payroll and HR Support package.

Example: 20 employees, fortnightly payroll

Standard Payroll & HR Admin Support: €350/month
With Employee Portal: €380/month.

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the applicable Irish VAT rate at the date of invoice.

Optional Add-On: Employee Portal

The Employee Portal Add-On gives employees secure online access to payslips and selected payroll/employment documents.

Where enabled, employees may also view leave information, request annual leave and request updates to selected personal details.

Employee Portal setup starts from €50.
