Payroll frequency adjustments
Prices are based on monthly payroll runs unless otherwise agreed.
Additional charges apply where payroll is processed more frequently.
- Fortnightly payroll: +25%
- Weekly payroll: +50%
Weekly payroll is subject to review depending on employee numbers and payroll complexity
Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the applicable Irish VAT rate at the date of invoice.
Example: 20 employees, fortnightly payroll
€80 base fee + 20 × €6 = €200 monthly
Fortnightly +25% = €250
With Employee Portal add-on €30 = €280

One-off setup fee
A one-off setup fee applies when starting a new payroll.
